Questions answered - How to make Slovak pagace?

Pagace (singular pagac) are little biscuits usually made with cracklings (pork rinds) - skvarkove pagace, potatos - zemiakove pagace or cheese - syrove pagace. A recipe for skvarkove pagace from the Kolarik family can be found here.

Here is another recipe, for cheese pagace (from Minibazar):

600 g of all-purpose flour
250 g of margarine
250 ml of whipping cream
2 eggs
2 packs of baking powder
300 g of Eidam cheese (feel free to add more)

Mix ingredients, if the dough is thin and sticky add flour. Roll with a rolling pin and cut out biscuits, smear with egg, bake in the oven.
